 Brooke is our oldest girl Weimy here.  Her mother Darcy we bred is now living with friends in Bury St Edmunds living out a very lazy happy retirement with Karen and family.  Brooke is a dream dog, she acts like the old wise woman, but she still runs like a youngster.  Brooke has the kindest nature and is great with all dogs people and kids. 

Brooke has a wonderful head shape, she has a broad head, and we get phone calls from people who always say what attracted us to your Weimaraners is Brookes wonderful head shape.   What I love most about brooke is her kind nature.  She is also very well behaved. Yes as a puppy she was typical in Weimaraner bad habits, but now older she is just a dream of a dog. So placid, so careful, just wants to be a quiet dog. Can be trusted to be in the yard all day long as she likes to lay in the sunshine on her vet bed in her basket.  Obviously winter times she likes to keep in the warm.  In a way she acts like an old wise woman. You can see from her facial expressions this dog is a kind dog. Her eyes say it all.

Brookes pedigree is a mixture of some of the top dogs in England, Canada and America.  Her father is a Canadian import dog into the UK.  It is important to outcross breeding to bring in new blood lines, so we jumped at the chance of using this dog.  You can find brookes ancestors on websites:

Brookes progeny so far out of the first litter a bitch went into the show ring, her named Silvestre Pink Ladies, owned by Andy Reakes, and she qualified for CRUFTS 2011 and 2012.  Her hip score is low 3:2 Which is excellent. A photo below of Luna handled by Rachel at Crufts 2011.

From Brookes second litter we kept Silvestre Hollywood who has also qualified for crufts 2012.  She also has a low hip score.

Brooke produces a mixture of sizes in puppies from medium sized to larger. If you are looking for that larger dog then she is ideal to have one from. They also have a carrying instinct and would make good retrievers and working dogs.  This is because their are working dogs on both sides of Brookes pedigree.
