Silvestre affix was granted to Mrs Rachel Savage. We are well known for giving you after care advice if you require it. We have a chat group just for Silvestre dog owners where you can ask us daily anything you wish. We also hold walks for dogs we have bred, and we all meet together if you want to be a part of this, then just contact Rachel. I created this website and started our
first dog website in 2001. We live in a part of Norfolk which is quiet, and we enjoy the countryside. We live close to the A10 which makes us easy to find from London and the Midlands. Most people tell us what a lovely journey they had. If you are travelling a far we can recommend locally places to stay, eat or just go and have a cup of tea. To find these details look at our "Contact us" Page. We are established hobby breeders, showing our dogs at championship and open shows. Our dogs are also trained to work. We have always kept the working ability in our line by going to working dogs, so we can produce a true dual purpose gundog. We do not work our dogs at working tests or trials, but our dogs all pick up game on our own property. But we have bred dogs that have gone into working tests here and field trials abroad. We do not always go to show champions for studs, we believe many dogs that are not show champions are better dogs at producing puppies, and health is a big consideration. We never breed our dogs with out giving health the utmost thought. Also temperament is paramount to us. Our own dogs are trustworthy to meet you and your family. Making the experience of buying a puppy from us a rewarding one. We are Kennel club assured breeders, and we adhere to the breeding ethics set out by the Assured breeder scheme. We health test our dogs the relevant health tests before breeding and we send out puppies micro chipped so they have an identity chip. British Short Hair Cat Club" Rachel is on the judging list C for many breeds of dogs. Darryl is on the judging list for Weimaraners. Our passion for dog health and welfare is what makes us produce the best we can. We believe in using international lines in our breeding program. We research pedigree's health, and temperaments before using any outside dog at stud. We do not claim we know everything, as life is all about learning. We believe we are custodians of the breeds we own, and that what we breed today moulds the breed in the future, it is with great care and dedication we look into breeding. When you buy a Silvestre puppy you have brought a puppy that has been shown all the love possible, had good social skills, and you have the knowledge that we research our breeding program and always strive to better it.
